Private beta
Budget & Reserve Planning
Build and review annual budgets from financial documents, then explore reserve scenarios and actual-versus-plan results in the private-beta workspace.
What it helps with
- Annual-budget workflow: import financial evidence, review account recommendations, and export a board-reviewed draft.
- Reserve planning: prepare explicit scenarios and actual-versus-plan follow-up questions for board review.
- Planned reserve-study workflow: review source-linked component, cost, and timing candidates before applying them to a reserve plan.
- Planned budget/reserve linkage: connect a board-selected reserve scenario to an annual reserve-contribution line without hiding its assumptions.
- Preserve source versions and qualifications when importing eligible reviewed vendor values into a reserve plan.
- Require source context and user review before exporting document-derived budget amounts.
Common questions
Can it build an annual budget or process a reserve study today?
Authorized private-beta users can import financial statements and spreadsheets, review account recommendations, save an annual budget draft, and export a reviewed workbook. Reserve-study document extraction remains planned; reserve plans currently use explicitly entered pools, contributions, and projects.
Will it automatically consume Vendor & Contract Review outputs?
No automatic import occurs. Authorized users can explicitly bring eligible, reviewed Vendor report values into a reserve plan while preserving the source version and required qualifications.
Does it replace a CPA, reserve specialist, manager, or attorney?
No. Budget & Reserve Planning organizes source-backed inputs, scenarios, and follow-up questions. It does not provide professional financial, accounting, legal, reserve-study, or property-management advice.
What to know
Budget & Reserve Planning is in private beta. Annual budget drafts and reserve forecasts require human review. Reserve-study document extraction remains planned. It does not connect to live accounting systems, determine funding adequacy, or replace a CPA, reserve specialist, attorney, manager, or other qualified professional. Verify all conclusions with the original records and appropriate professionals.
